I am very happy with the installation job Jim and James did for me. Removing the tile caused a lot of fine dust to settle over surfaces , but they swept and mopped to remove a lot of it. I'm happy with the floor itself as it turned out better than I expected. I only wish I would have thought to save a sample so that I could carry it with me to select paint colors, but they were gone by the time I thought of it. I also appreciated Roger stopping by to check in.

I feel positive... I was able to take tiles and return them freely - which I did multiple times. Lauren was helpful in answering questions, pointing me towards tiles that met what I was looking for. I didn't rate a 10, because your store is a bit high end, and not everyone is comfortable with those prices.

I walked into their office as an abused client with not so great experiences from using other companies to remodel in the past. I was overly concerned that the job cost would stay the same as quoted, it was done right and most importantly ON TIME!! I did not want a two week job turn into six months (has happened before). Lauren was our main contact and they did a fantastic job. She would come out 2 to 3 times a day to check on the job being done and that everything was moving forward as planned. She even helped with picking out things, didn't want to just tell someone what we wanted because what if they listened and it was a horrible idea. Lauren was a pleasure to work with, when the job was finished it was perfect, price stayed the same and it was DONE ON TIME!! I am going to recommend them to my friends and family for any remodeling work, they definitely exceeded our expectations 🙂
