The manager of the project, Roger, engenders a lot of confidence and trust. It was reassuring that he was in charge. The fact that the tips or ends of the baseboards, where they met the door molding, were left abruptly ended is a concern. The installers returned to apply a finish; however they only completed the downstairs. Additionally there are two long strips of the molding left in my front yard.
