It is an exciting time at U.S. Design Source! While the “new normal” has posed many challenges for our business, we are excited to announce that we are growing our team. In an effort to keep our showroom open and also provide shop-at-home services, we thought it would be a great idea to bring on another sales and design coordinator. And so, the search began!
We’d like to welcome Katelyn!
Katelyn is an Orlando native and Boone High School graduate. When she’s not hard at work, you can find her by the pool relaxing or out shopping looking for great deals. She has a four-year-old daughter, who is almost always by her side and willing to lend a helping hand. Katelyn has always been interested in fashion and design and is excited to begin a career that’ll allow her to do what she loves on a daily basis.
Having worked 8 years as a preschool teacher, she has learned a significant amount about how design can affect child development and family life. Now, she’s ready to take that knowledge and love of design and apply it to the remodeling world.
Katelyn is excited to be part of the team and is picking up everything very quickly. We are excited to get her involved in the coming months designing and coordinating projects she may have thought she’d only dream of!
In contrast to Lauren, who leans toward traditional and timeless styles, Katelyn likes to keep things trendy. She loves the cool, gray tones that are popular today and accessorizing spaces with pieces and colors that can be changed as styles change over time. Clients looking for a chic, updated space will be a perfect fit.
